金融機関、コンサルティング会社を経て、2011年に農林水産省に入省。これまで、6次産業化、輸出、食文化、二国間政策対話等の分野で官民連携、新事業立ち上げなどに関わる政策を担当。17年に有志による政策提言チーム「チーム414」の活動を開始し、翌年、政策OpenLab（農水省版Google20%ルール）の立上げに関わり、これらの活動の中でフードテック関係者と農林水産省のネットワーク構築を推進。今年4月に「フードテック研究会」の立上げを担当。現在は、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響を受けた農林水産物等の販売促進を支援する「#元気いただきますプロジェクト」を担当。
 
He started working for a financial institution, consulting firm. In 2011 he joined to MAFF.
He launched a public-private partnership program to promote new policies such as investing in farm businesses, promoting culinary tourism and so on. Along with young MAFF members, he launched "Team 414" in 2017, and began activities to shape the future of the food industry with the public and private sectors.. This past April, he spearheaded the launch of the Public-Private Study Group on FoodTech.
