アンディは野心的な起業家、仕事熱心でビジョナリーである。 
彼は国立台湾大学で生物機械工学（BIME）の学士号を取得し、食と農にかかわる産業に大きな関心を示す。その後カリフォルニア大学アーバイン校で電気工学及びコンピューターサイエンス（EECS） の修士号を取得し、卒業後シリコンバレーに移った。ASEで12年間働き、高度なバンピングからアナログICまで、組み立てや製造テストプロセス〜障害分析〜事業開発に多くの時間を費やした。 2014年、ラストマイルの配達会社であるSholicsを設立した。ここでは、食料品や食事の配達を互いに支援する、地域密着型エコシステムの形成に取り組む。そして2016年、彼は自律型レストランソリューションに取り組むと決意し、米国市場でYo-KaiExpressの設立に成功した。Yo-Kai Expressの創設者兼CEOとして、Yo-Kai Expressを30以上の異なる企業、大学、空港、スキーリゾートに導入する契約を締結した。さらに彼は、空気亜鉛電池の会社ThunderZeeを設立し、低コスト・高エネルギー密度で、環境にやさしく無毒で、同時に充電と放電が可能なソリューションを提供。
 
Andy is a passionate entrepreneur, a workaholic, a visionary.
Andy earned his BIME B.S. degree in National Taiwan University, he showed lots of interests on the Argri- and food- related industry. Andy studied in UC Irvine and earned his EECS M.S degree and moved to Silicon valley after graduated. He worked in ASE for 12 years, Andy spent lots of time on the assembly/test production process, failure analysis and business development, from advanced bumping to analog IC. In 2014, Andy also setup a last mile delivery company, Sholics, dedicated to create a community base econ system to help each other to delivery groceries and meals. In 2016, Andy decided to work on Autonomous restaurant solution and successfully setup Yo-Kai Express in the US market. As the Founder & CEO of Yo-Kai Express, Yo-Kai Express has contracted more than 30 different companies, universities, airports, ski resorts. Andy also setup an Zinc-Air fuel cell company , ThunderZee, which provides low cost, high energy density, environmental friendly, non-toxic solution and also can be charged, discharged at the same time.
