Chris KrauseはKyobashi Living Lab（東京）及び日本におけるFuture Food Instituteの事業ディレクター。国際関係、マーケティング、プロジェクト管理のバックグラウンドを持ち、主にニューヨークを拠点とするSir Kensington'sのために、米国と英国の破壊的な食品会社の革新的なビジネス開発イニシアチブを主導してきた。自然とフードシステムに関連する人的要素・人的影響を改善したいという深い倫理的欲求に導かれ、2019年後半にFuture Foodに参画。日本では、コミュニティの構築、教育、イノベーションに焦点を当てたプロジェクトを通してFF持続可能な食品エコシステムの育成と成長に取り組んでいる。
 
Chris Krause is the Director of the Kyobashi Living Lab (Tokyo) and Future Food Institute’s operations in Japan. With a background in international relations, marketing and project management, Chris has led innovative business development initiatives for disruptive food companies in the US and UK, mainly for NY-based Sir Kensington’s. Following deeper ethical desires to improve upon the human element & human impact in relation to nature and food systems, he found his way to Future Food and began working with them in late 2019. In Japan, he’s working to foster and grow the FF sustainable food ecosystem through a mix of projects focused on community building, education and innovation.
