株式会社CAN EAT代表取締役CEO/アレルギー対応食アドバイザー。マクドナルドや伊勢丹などの飲食店でのアルバイト経験を経て、大日本印刷株式会社に入社。新規事業企画実行部署で7年間で4つのサービス立ち上げに携わり、OCR家計簿アプリ「レシーピ!」を250万DL規模のアプリに成長させる。母が米アレルギーになったことをきっかけに、「食事制限がある世界31億人の外食を救う」をテーマとしたフードテックサービス株式会社CAN EATを起業。
食物アレルギーを中心に、妊娠・授乳中や宗教や健康事情などさまざまな食事制限がある人々が、外食をストレスフリーに楽しめるサービスを展開している。
個人の食事嗜好のプラットフォーム運営の他、婚礼や宴会などの団体会食でのアレルギー管理サービスや、スマートフォンで撮影するだけでアレルギーが判定できるシステム等の開発を手掛ける他、ホテルやブライダル関係のアレルギー対応講師をつとめる。

Involved in launching four services in the new business planning execution department in seven years, growing the OCR household account book application to a 2.5 million DL scale application. After her mother became allergic to rice, she started CAN EAT, a food tech service company with the theme of "Saving out of 3.1 billion people around the world who have dietary restrictions."
They are developing a service that allows people with various dietary restrictions such as pregnancy, lactation, religion, or health conditions to enjoy eating out stress-free, centering on food allergies.
In addition to operating a platform for individual meal preferences, we are also involved in the development of allergy management services for group meals such as weddings and banquets, and a system that can judge allergies just by taking pictures with a smartphone.
