“The Spoon”のマネジング・エディターとしてデイリーでのエディットやそのディレクションを担当。食に係る一連の体験の変革を専門とし、フードロボットや人工知能、食料品店の進化にも着目。フードテックブログを執筆する以前は、著名なウェブ媒体“Gigaom”のクリエイティブ・ディレクター、ストリーミング配信動画の隆盛を記録した“NewTeeVee“の共同編集者を歴任する。
 
I’m the Managing Editor of The Spoon, running its day-to-day editorial operations and determining its overall editorial direction. While I cover the transformation of the entire meal journey, I focus on food robots, artificial intelligence, and the evolution of grocery shopping. Prior to blogging about food tech, I was Creative Director for the influential site, Gigaom, and Co-Editor of NewTeeVee, which chronicled the rise of streaming video.
